When I help others I feel valued and gain a sense of purpose in my life. I enjoy helping others simply for the joy in sharing. I wholeheartedly respect others as I would like to be respected.

I extend myself to those who need my help and they owe me nothing in return. I enjoy making myself available and accessible to others. This is my way of extending a caring attitude throughout the world.

Each day I find ways of helping everyone around me, whether it is a stranger on the street, a colleague at work, or a family member at home. It makes me feel good to help and I require no reward or payment in return.

Extending my help to others is easy and I strive to make everyones day just a little easier, just as I would want for myself.

It gladdens my heart and strengthens my spirit when I can lend a hand to other people. I am empowered when I help others, especially when they do not know that it was me that helped. Secretly assisting others can be fun; the game is in not being caught!

When I am worn down, my family lifts me up. They are always there to support me. I am so grateful that I have such loving and caring people in my life.

My family brings me countless joys. A smile from my spouse, a kiss from my child, a hug from my parents all of these things fill me with love. I am revitalized after I spend time with my family.

The joys of living are amplified when they are shared with those I love. I am so excited to disclose my happy thoughts and experiences with them. I enjoy listening to what is going on in their lives. Sharing our thoughts and feelings makes me feel like I have partners to help me through all of lifes obstacles.

My wise Creator so thoughtfully gave me a wonderful family to help me through life. My family gives me the confidence and energy boost I need to approach my life in a positive manner. Finding joy is so much easier because I have the support of my family.

I look forward to spending time with my family and it motivates me to accomplish my tasks and see the beauty in the world. When worries mount and pressures build, I only have to visualize my family cheering me on, and I can get through anything. Their love and influence inspires me to be a better person.

My family is an energy boost in my life that I can always rely on. I am so happy that they walk my lifes journey with me. With them by my side, I have the confidence to overcome any obstacles on my path.

I enjoy taking time to help others in the workplace.

My workplace is a community. Because I choose to be part of this community, I want it to be a warm place.

Finding ways to bring happiness into my workplace brings me joy. My workplace is more harmonious when I collaborate with my coworkers.

My coworkers and I are a team. I am bonded with them. If there is a way for me to help the people I work with I will take action.

By working together, we can solve problems faster, come up with innovative ideas, and bring joy to each others lives. There are so many simple ways to bring positivity into the workplace.

When there is a new employee in the office, I can teach them a new task. When I go to lunch, I can invite someone new to accompany me. When someone is experiencing stress, I can find a thoughtful way to help them. When I get coffee, I can pick some up for a coworker. And when the paper tray in the copy machine is empty, I can take a few brief moments to fill it.

Recognizing that small actions throughout the day can make my workplace a more enjoyable environment inspires me to act in a helpful way. These actions bring me pleasure.

In my life, it is important to accomplish my goals. When I am at work, I recognize that my coworkers and I often share the same goals. It is such a blessing to have people who are moving in the same direction as me.
